![]() In February 2003, Minneapolis cop Duy Ngo was working an undercover drug stakeout in south Minneapolis when he was shot by an assailant. When police backup arrived, they mistook Ngo for a suspect, and another cop shot him half a dozen times. Ngo barely survived the incident, and three months later he broke his silence for the first time in an interview with CP's Paul Demko. Shortly afterward, Ngo filed a lawsuit against the city that was still having repercussions nearly a year later. |
