They've got a rainbow selection of hammers, dozens of WD-40-like products, and millions of screws, washers, and bolts arranged in buckets. But fret not if you can't tell a thingy from a whatchamacallit--there are employees who can answer most any question you ask with a reasonable degree of knowledgeable experience, and all without being condescending.
