Robert Redford is coming to the Walker for its Dialogue and Retrospective series

Each year, the Walker Art Center hosts a dialogue and retrospective where the museum screens a series of films by a filmmaker, supplemented with special events, including a talk with the visionary. This fall, the event will showcase the work of Robert Redford.

Redford is easily one of the heavyweight actors and filmmakers of his generation. Over the years, he has starred in iconic films (Butch Cassidy and the Sundance KidThe Way We Were, The Great Gatsby, The Natural), directed Oscar-winning flicks (Ordinary People), and founded the independent-spirited Sundance Film Festival.

The film schedule and date for the talk with Redford will be announced this summer. Tickets will go on sale in August and September.
