Bondage A Go Go
Published on July 02, 2008
Are you still feeling guilty over that thing you did at your Fourth of July party? Still partying hard this weekend? Ready to go public with your leather fetish? Then tonight's Bondage A Go Go is the place for you. The long-running industrial/kink/fetish night goes above and beyond the typical screamo, German industrial music night frequented by Goths who drop their income on overpriced pleather from Hot Topic. These dudes mean business. The crowd is a delicately balanced mix of gawkers, low-key Goths, and fetish freaks. The main floor features a warehouse-style dance floor booming with a mix of obscure industrial tunes and well-known clinically sad white guys such as Marilyn Manson, the Cure, and NIN, mixed by DJs including Overdrive, Nitrogen, Panic, Noise, and DV8. The upstairs opens up about an hour in and features dominatrix mistresses doing their thing with whips, hot wax, and verbal abuse. Be sure to take notes on the performance; you and your partner will have to take off those rubber police uniforms eventually. 21+.
